Reviewers who provide an email click a verification link before their review goes live. Verified reviews carry a visible badge.
Active moderation
Every review is screened for spam, slurs, and copy-paste patterns. Suspicious content is held for human review before publishing.
Public reporting
Anyone can report a review they believe is fake or abusive. Our trust team investigates and removes confirmed violations.
Public business replies
Businesses respond publicly to every review. You see both sides of the conversation, not a one-sided story.
No paid removal
Businesses cannot pay to remove negative reviews. All reviews are screened by our admin team before they go live, but never edited or buried by businesses.
Audit trail
Every moderation action is logged. We publish quarterly transparency reports on takedowns and disputes.
